only buy beautiful books

A buyable thing for making times when your not surfing feel that much better.
Too many good people involved to mention.
Go buy a coffee table
Then buy this
I promise they'll live together happily ever after.

As close as I'll get

This is as close as I'll ever get to being on the cover of a surf mag.

As I can't understand a word I just have to check out the photos.
Check them on the ol' internet here.

Korduroy TV

Finaly had a chance to sit down for a bit and watch a bunch of Korduroy TV and I got to say I was pretty impressed. A nice mix of grounded videos to get you exited about surfing and making stuff which are two of my favorite things to do to pass the time. The ethos leans towards the thinking of 'it doesn't have to be pretty or perfect, it just has to be fun' which in its own way is just as desirable.

Highlights for me was seeing mad genius Derek Hynd fix a ding with pine needles and hearing the exitement in the voiceover on the first riding of the Sea Serpent.
Check it out.

Lack of blogging

Life is hectic at the moment so expect a radical sabatical from me for a bit.
Don't worry though, you'll cope just fine.
Why don't you go waste some time looking at these instead:
General Consumption

(Oh yeah and Clark Little takes some nice shots and takes a beating in the process)
